ABOUTVal

Valerie has been studying meditation, nutrition and energy healing for over 10 years. While working as a social worker in health care, she discovered the importance of using a holistic approach to health and well-being by exploring wellness in body, mind and spirit. She continues to provide sessions for clients and colleagues that address incorporating holistic wellness in their lives. She has also studied and incorporated the use of mindfulness meditation in her own life and in the therapy that she offers.
